Shop Name and Shop ID entered by Territory Managers during visits.

d. Photographic Evidence:

A photo of the retailer with their reward (captured and uploaded after reward redemption).

e. Territory and Area Details:

Fetched from the backend, not user-entered.

3. How We Use Your Information:

The data collected is used strictly for:

● Internal audits and reporting.
● Ensuring compliance with BAT operational processes.
