Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose:

This application is intended solely for the use of authorized BAT Territory Managers for conducting surveys, facilitating reward distribution, and recording retailer engagement.

2. User Eligibility:

Only users with credentials provided by BAT’s backend team may access this application. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities:

● Users must ensure accuracy when entering retailer details (Shop Name and ID).
● Users must conduct surveys honestly and follow BAT’s guidelines during visits.
● Users are responsible for collecting and uploading the required photo of the retailer with their reward.

4. Rewards:

All rewards are distributed physically by the Territory Manager on-site. The app simply facilitates the process through the “Spin the Wheel” feature.

5. Data Accuracy:

Users must ensure that all data (shop details, photos, survey answers) submitted through the app is accurate and truthful.

6. Limitation of Liability:

BAT is not liable for misuse of this application, unauthorized data entry, or incorrect information provided by users.

7. Compliance:

All activities conducted through this application must comply with BAT’s operational policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
